in advance of the drawing rally

We visited the Pet Cemetery, the falsework, and the falsework cache in advance of today’s drawing rally.

Gorgeous weather, yesterday and today.  The sunglasses were on wrapped around the cache.  The log book shows the visits that postdate the theft of the original cache.  And inside we found a travel bug, which is having quite the journey: 15048.7mi to date!

The construction proceeds apace: when we started this project the structure above the cemetery was only towards the back. Now it’s mostly towards the front, and a new covered walkway has been built to take pedestrians around the bend on McDowell Ave.
