Over the weekend, three geocachers logged the Falsework cache, part of Falsework.

Seekers of this cache shouldn’t have much trouble finding it: it’s nearly in plain sight.   Very experienced geocachers have logged it: deadly, the first to find (FTF) has logged 2291 caches; j2d2zhu 2930.  But relative novices have found it too: spumercache has 7.

This world, the world of geocaching, is full of serious enthusiasts, soon-to-be-serious enthusiasts, on-again-off-again hobbyists, and curious beginners.  We count ourselves as the latter, interested in the form and the place- and time-making potential of the game.   The hide and seek is always a thrill, but what we love is the overlay: life goes on, but there are geocaches everywhere.
