A description from the PAS brochure:

The PAS | Video Pop-up is a research tool for performance art practice, created by the PAS | Team in 2021. Besides the research focus it also supports collaboration with artists worldwide to share content and exchange work within a creative community. We use the story function on Instagram which—to us—has a performative element through its limited 24h visibility and supports the idea of ephemerality within performance practice. We invite international artists to propose a focus theme, which can be related to a question, work research or a pure interest which is shared artistically with the PAS | Community. A visual performative dialogue starts as soon as the other artists respond to the topic with a 15-sec video.
